That amazing energy comes from your stamina! Stamina is what helps you keep going and going without getting too tired too fast. And guess what awesome veggie can boost your stamina? The colorful beetroot!
Look at our strong beetroot in the picture! It's lifting weights because it gives you super strength to last longer when you play. Beets have special powers that help your body use energy better. This means you can run farther and play harder!
Beets are bright red or purple and taste a little sweet. Grown-ups sometimes roast them or slice them up in salads. You can even find them mixed into yummy red smoothies!
