Join Chef Strawberry and his friend The Happy Bear to make a bowl that is Sweet & Healthy! This salad is packed with vitamins to make you strong.

Prep time: 10 minutes Serves: 2 Hungry Bears


๐Ÿ›’ What You Need (Ingredients):

  • The Red Berries:

    • 1 cup Strawberries 

    • 1 cup Raspberries

  • The Blue Berries:

    • 1/2 cup Blueberries

  • The "Sweet" Sauce (Optional):

    • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup

    • 1 squeeze of fresh Lemon or Lime juice

  • Garnish:

    • Fresh Mint leaves


๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ How to Make It:

Step 1: The "Bear Wash" ๐Ÿ›

  • Put all your fruit into a colander (a bowl with holes).

  • Rinse them gently with cold water to make sure they are sparkly clean.

Step 2: Off with the Hats! ๐ŸŽฉ

  • Ask a grown-up for help with this part.

  • Take the green leafy tops off the strawberries.

  • Slice the strawberries in half (or into circles).

Step 3: The Big Mix ๐Ÿฅฃ

  • Get a big glass bowl.

  • Gently dump in the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.

  • Use a big spoon to mix them up. Be gentle so you don't squish the raspberries!

Step 4: Make it "Sweet & Healthy" ๐Ÿฏ

  • In a tiny cup, mix your honey and lemon juice together.

  • Drizzle it all over the fruit salad. This makes it shiny and extra yummy.

Step 5: Eat Like a Bear! ๐Ÿ˜‹

  • Give yourself a "Chef Strawberry Thumbs Up" and dig in!
