Guess what? Your most important job as a kid is to find activities that you think are FUN!

You don't have to play a big sport like baseball or soccer if you don't want to. What do YOU love to do?

  • Is it dancing in your room?

  • Is it practicing karate kicks?

  • Is it playing tag or kickball at the park?


The best part is finding your passion! Ask your parents to help you try new things and play your favorite games. Your mission is to find ways to move your body every day.


Pro Tip: Make a "Fun Stuff To Do" list! Write down all your favorite active things. Then, the next time you hear "Time to turn off the TV!", you can check your list for an awesome idea.


How Your Family Can Help

Your parents are on your team! They can help by filling your home with healthy snacks and planning fun activities for the whole family.


You can even be the teacher! Tell them you want to be a fit kid. Who knows? You might help your whole family become fitter and healthier together. Let's get moving
