Water is the best drink for you! Sometimes, it is okay to have one small cup of 100% fruit juice.

Try to say "no thanks" to very sugary drinks. This means drinks like soda or sweet juice drinks. These drinks have lots of added sugar. That sugar does not help you grow strong. They are not a good power-up! Stick to water to feel your strongest!
